Follow the Green line from East 76th street to the boathouse.

Note: The reunion is at the cafe at the boathouse (number 16 on the map below). There are two boathouse entrances - one is for the restaurant (this is not the meeting place) - the other is the cafe which is reached through a small courtyard. The cafe has some tables and you get in a line at a counter to pick up your sandwiches and beverages.
